Bye Bye Babies R Us

I used to LOVE Babies R Us, they are the only place that has my Tommee Tippee.

So I was really excited when I get there paper in mail that has the 20% off coupon with it. When I got this the first thing that came to my head was, "I am going to buy the Baby Brezza now." But I had a feeling that I would not be able to use it on that. I understand why its an expensive item. So then I said, "well I do need to get some Tommee Tippee sippy cups." Then I read the back and it says:

"Excludes ALL toy, baby food, diapers, formula, wipes, Ameda, Baby Brezza, Baby Jogger, BOB, Britax, Bugaboo, Combi, Cybex, ERGObaby, Maclaren, Mamas & Papas, Maxi-Cosi, Motherhood Maternity, Nap Nanny, Pediped, Peg Perego, Phil & Teds, Quinny, Robeez, Tommee Tippee, Under Armour, electronic learning toys, netbooks, video game hardware, video games, Apple products, FAO products, RobotGalaxy, Buyer Protection Plan, gift cards, photo studios, phone orders, Special Orders, assembly fee, breast-pump rental fee, delivery fee, and shipping and handling."

With that being said can you tell me what you would use a 20% off coupon at Toys R Us if you can't use it on TOYS?!?!

So I need your help. I am looking to "use" this coupon if I can for something Aiden. But I just can't find ANYTHING in the store that is not part of the excludes list.

If you happen to be looking and find something, can you link the URL so I look at it.

After reading this I have decided that its bye bye Babies R Us (other then to get my Tommee Tippee stuff). How can you give out a coupon that no one can use?!?!

yeah, I've thought the same thing with some of their coupons. However, you might ask the cashier, as sometimes they still allow use of coupons on some of those items that previously sounded like a no. I know my brother used a coupon for a stroller once that was one of the no brands. Otherwise you could use it on clothes?

We've never bought anything except Tommee Tippee from Babies R Us because it's the only place that you can actually buy that. Otherwise everything else is so much more over priced compared to everywhere else. I think it's ridiculous. I only go there to look at some of the gear that I want to buy online (and half the time they don't even have it in store). If they would be more competitively priced and stopped putting so many exclusions on their promotions, I'd actually shop there. I just can't wait for Tommee Tippee to start using other vendors!
Wow! Maybe you can use it somewhere that accepts competitor's coupons? I've never seen a coupon with so much exclusions (except the Bed, Bath and Beyond ones!). Following you! http://www.weightlossmother.com

I think they think that you are going to walk into the store, you'll find out then that it doesn't apply to anything, but will buy something anyway...very sneaky, huh! Checking in from VoiceBoks:)
