What I love:
First I must say that Vizardz has terrific customer service. I dealt with several family issues after contacting them for a review. They were patient with me throughout the whole process. Plus when I did finally submit a picture to them, I had my completed light box within days. I was surprised at how quickly my order arrived.
One of the issues that I had was trying to find a picture for the box. I discovered that I didn't have any recent pictures to use. So of course I had to find time to take pictures. With a 2 year old and a 4 year old cooperation during picture taking can be a challenge. Thankfully, after a couple tries I was able to get some decent photos.
I choose the photo with my 2 kids because it showed them both. I love how it turned out. The picture looks amazing with light behind it. It makes me feel like we are at the Park where I took the photo. I love how it makes my photo seem more life like.
When the light is turned off it is a whitish color with a sort of sand like texture on it. You can't make out the picture until you turn the light on.
I love that you can also purchase more pictures to use in the light box. This way you can switch out the pictures as often as you'd like.
I do wish that you could use the inside of the box for storing small items. However, I don't really think that is possible with a light bulb and picture in there. I would love it if the decoration piece could meet functional. Other than that this is awesome. Use it to display baby photos, wedding photos, family photos, etc. Your possibilities are limitless.
