Cool off and stay fit with Jamba Juice #momsmeet

Please read disclosure at bottom:

I just love smoothies! Its a great way to cool off, have a sweet treat and get your fruits and veggies in for the day. This last month I have been trying to cut back on my junk food and start eating right. I have to say I have been kind of slacking in the fruits and veggie department, not because I am a picky eater or that I hate them but more because, well I am just plane lazy. And while I love to have smoothies, I am not always the best at making them. This is one BIG reason why I love to go to Jamba Juice.

Upon coming into my local store, I love how clean the place looked. It lets you know that they are keeping up with their cleaning standers. I also saw that not only does Jamba Juice sell smoothies but they also sell food!

Aiden loves to go with me, but I never knew they sold kid size drink. What a relief that was... (because I no longer had to "share" with him. More like I get one drink and he takes the rest!) We picked out their
new flavors for the summer: Tropical Harvest Smoothie and Jamba Kids Berry Beet it.

The tropical harvest smoothie is made up of: mangos, peaches, passion mango juice blended with juices from butternut squash, sweet potato and carrots. And if that sounds scary, its not. It really just taste like peaches and mangos. It is also gluten and dairy free! Aiden had the berry beet it and I think I liked his more! It is made of strawberries, mangos, bananas, and a mix of berry juice such as carrots, beets, broccoli, spinach, kale and lettuce. Take about a good way to get your kids to have their veggies!

This is a great time for Aiden and I to get out do something special and have a sweet treat. I try to do this with him at least once a month. But now that we live closer to one I'll have to take him more often. Make sure you follow Jamba Juice on facebook and twitter to stay on top of any new dink that might be coming out. Or even when they are having sales and specials!
