Doc Mcstuffin coat and bag combo
I can't believe how quickly Halloween is coming up. My daughter wants to be Doc. Mcstuffin's for Halloween. I have seen some costumes in the store, but they are either too small or look cheaply made. So I decided to search for items to make my own costume for her.
I was pleased to find Seam Reapers on Etsy. This shop had a Dr. coat and Doc. Mcstuffin's dr. bag combo. My daughter was super excited to receive these items in the mail.
The Dr. coat is White, and has a pocket on the right side. It also has 2 lower pockets for putting items inside. The pockets are perfect for holding pens, or little notebooks.
The fabric is 65% polyester/35% cotton and is machine washable and tumble dry. You can also Iron it if needed.
Seam Reapers offers the option to personalize the coat with a name stitched on the front opposite the pen pocket. This is a free option, but I chose not to personalize. I decided to leave it blank so that both my kids could use it.
She loves this Doc. Mcstuffin's bag. The bag has a base that is 3" wide and 9.5" long. Depth of 7" and has a 4.5"x7" pocket on the inside. The handle is 16" long. The bag is made out of cotton and can be washed if needed. The details on the bag are cute. I love how the band-aid makes it look just like Doc's bag. This will be a great bag to use for playing doctor with or storing a variety of toys.
My daughter will likely use it for a trick or treat bag too. Seam Reapers does offer a Doc. trick or treat bag that is a bit bigger. She has some bags ready for shipping too.
Both the bag and the coat are stitched nicely. The seams are well sewn and the items look very durable. They should easily withstand hours and hours of play.
I can't wait to put together the rest of my daughters Doc. Mcstuffin's costume.
