October meant many birthdays in my family. My grandma, dad, brother, and niece all had a birthday. Plus we have some anniversaries in Oct. It is a busy month. So what is a gift that I can get any of them?
See's Candy of course!
See's Candy has always been a family favorite. My grandma Anna used empty See's candy boxes as a decoy. People would get used to the box having something else in it and stop looking inside the box. Then she could replace the decoy box with one with candy and eat them without anyone knowing. Otherwise the candy box would be empty immediately as everyone always wanted a piece.
My mom and dad's favorite seems to be the box of truffles.
Another family favorite is the Milk Chocolate Soft Centers
I personally like the Milk Chocolate Molasses chips.
I also like to get a custom mixed box and pick whatever favorites I want.
