camp fire foil dinner

To make a camp tin foil dinner you will need a few things.

1. Meat of your choice, we used beef chuck (chicken would work too)
2. Veggies, we used potato, carrots, onion and a bell pepper (you can add what ever else you like)
3. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, Chile lime powder mix, a small amount of mustard, balsamic and olive oil.

You just put it all into a zip lock baggie and let it sit for a few minutes. The mustard, balsamic and olive oil, you just use a little about a tablespoon of each.

After about 15 minutes you put them on a big sheet of foil. You will need to wrap it up on the ends and on top so nothing spills out. So fold the top up and into itself twice then do the edges.

Place this into a cooler while traveling. Once you get to the camp ground, start up a fire. You will want to put this more where the coals are. Once there wait about 20ish minutes. Take the foil dinners out with tongs (they will be HOT).

Then enjoy!
