When I had my first son I had a ton of problems with my milk supply. Little did I know then it was thyroid problem. But I had to think of something to help boost my supply that way I would not have to supplement with formula. You can have the tea hot or iced, I like mine hot with a touch of creamer in it. I do however always warn moms who are going to drink the tea make sure you are at home or near a pump or your baby. I always find within half an hour I need to pump really bad or I am going to have to feed. This was such a big help with both my sons I had to get it again. And once again Organic MilkMaid Breastfeeding Tea has helped me out.
Now then lets talk about the other new thing I got to try Natural Nipple Butter. Some time when mamas breastfeed their nipple can become really soar, cracked or even bleed. Don't worry it happens to lots of moms. But how do you help it? What can you put on it that is also safe for your baby? I have tired a few other name brand ones and I always feels like I am putting a triple antibiotic on it, you know where it is thick and smells funny. It worked out but how much of it is natural and really ok to use? I don't really know. I like to find things that are more natural (yes I try to be as crunchy as I can be). Well EMAB again makes things that are non-GMO and natural. I also love that it kinda smells like chocolate and not medicine.

Best thing about Natural Nipple Butter is that it works good on all dry skin not just your nipples! We have used it on some rashes that Noah gets from the heat and it has helped a ton.
