DIY 4th of July Headband #DIY
With the 4th of July coming up in a week I thought it would be fun to make some things I found on Pinterest. I found this one from http://blog.pbteen.com. So I found some stuff to make it easier, but when it was all done.... it was not as big as I wanted so I am going to give them to my nieces. (I will post pics on the 4th.)
Here is what you are going to need:
Here is what I did. I can't draw a nice star so I used a stencil, you could also print off three different sizes of stars and trace them if you need to. Now the one in the picture above I tried to make is easy and just buy pre-cut sticker foam stars... Well I forgot that they are sticky so the under is still a little sticky. So for mine I did it the right way.
Once you have the three sizes you want just cut them out. Then use your hot glue gun to glue them to your head band. I started with the big one on the bottom and just went from there. There really is no wrong way to do it.
Here is what you are going to need:
- Glitter red blue and ether sliver or gold foam paper. (Walmart and Johanna sells them)
- Head band
- Hot glue/hot glue gun

That it is! Now you have a cute and fun way to celebrate the 4th of July.
