So I got to try the Pineapple Meal Replacement Bar and was really really happy. I have a hard time with eating. I love to eat anything sweet. I have gotten protein bars before that have not filled me up. So I find myself eating another or something else and next think I know I ate to much and I feel sick. I did not have this problem with this.
Can I first say I am a fan that it is natural, I mean look at it! NO hydofenated oils, no soy, no high fructose corn syrup! The flavor is right on, it is not over powering. While I was eating it I found that it took me some time. Meaning that I could not shove it in my face in two bites.
It really did make me feel full as I was eating it. This is great for when you are on the go and need something to tide you over. Not a pineapple fan? That is ok they have 3 other flavors.
