I am 99.99% sure its cold and flu season. Why do I think that? Well the kids in my nursery class I teach at church, all have a cough and/or runny noses! And I HATE to use hand sanitizer because they leave your hands feeling dry, sticky and/or smelly. Most of the time they are made with alcohol, and when you have a small one (who sticks their hands in their mouth and eyes) you really don't want that. So I try to find hand sanitizer that are not alcohol based. So far this year i have been lucky with Aiden not getting sick. So I was happy when BabyGanics asked me to do a review on their "The Germinator" an alcohol free foaming hand sanitizer.

So with the new year April and I have really wanted to start using more natural products. Every thing from makeup to lotions to soaps. While looking around I found a great opportunity to do a review (and giveaway) on a brand name " YesterYear. " I had never heard of them before but, they where featured in "Every Day with Rachel Ray" magazine and Weight Watchers website. So I was really excited to try them, what with soaps like: sea scrub, night jasmine, almond cherry and more. Oh and the colors are beautiful! 

Finding Nemo has to be one of my favorite movies. So I was excited to hear that it is coming back out in 3D. So head to the theaters September 14, 2012 to find some of your favorite fish: Nemo, Dory, Marlin and more.

I am not sure if you guys remember but, awhile back I made a post about trying to wean Aiden. Well I am glad to tell you all it has been three days now without nursing him. AND in his own bed!!! I decided to stop nursing him because with this detoxing event coming up, some of the detoxing teas and pills you should not be nursing while taking them. If you want to stop nursing and having a hard time here is what I did that helped me. Remember you do what is best for you and your child.

So its the new year and I am sure that most of you are saying the same thing that I am saying.... LET LOSE SOME WEIGHT!!!! I am going to eat right and work out and all that jazz, right? But are you still doing it? Thanks to April she really is showing me what a differences it makes to eat right and working out. I don't want to give you all a lot of info yet about what we are eating and doing because we are doing the Detoxing blog event in March. We are going to be showing you a ton of good tings to eat. I ate right now about a week and then ate sweet all weekend. Now that it is Monday again. I started the day out right. I ate a good breakfast and had my detoxing drink. I can't wait to start losing the pounds!!!

So Aiden's been kind of a butt the last few days. Cranky, wants to be held all day and was getting sick. His nose was so runny and stuffed up and we had to rock him every few hours so the snot could run down. So with him being a little brat we put him in his room. Which he hates to be alone so he could cry... no SCREAM!!!! He screamed so bad the last two days that he almost does not have a voice. Now don't get me wrong I did not leave him in there for hours and let him cry it out. He was in there for maybe 20 mins at the most. So this morning I was feeling his gums because he started to drool really bad yesterday. And there it was on this upper right side a molar that is almost 100% out. He is also working on the lower left one too. So now I feel a little bad. He was being cranky and a brat because he had a tooth coming in and was probably in some kind of pain :( So now I am going to keep a closer eye on it and hope he feels better.

Well I stayed in all day. April however went out, got hugged by some guy then asked her if the box of pasta looked like Michel???? Any odd happen to you yesterday? Or are you like me and rather stay home because of the weirdos?

Hey all April and I just waned to give you a heads up about whats going on in the next month or two. Come March we are going to be hosting detoxing fertility event. Her and I are both hopping to become pregnant this year, and the best way to start is to get our health in order. For the last week we have both been starting to eat more fruits and veggies. We have also been staying away from meats, sweets and junk. With this blog event we are going to make you all more aware of the junk that they put in not only food but also shampoos, tooth past, and house hold cleaning products. It really has shocked me about how much chemicals and food colors they have in things. I have become more aware of food dye due to April having a problem with red 40. If you where to really look at just about anything you eat or drink about 95% of it has red 40 in it. So keep an eye out over the next few days and we will start to let you know what sponsors we have lined up and what recipes...

My hair will never stay in place by itself! I think that why I never do my hair. I curl it and it goes flat with in an hour. So when I got the chance to do a review on Freeze It I was excited. I have heard a lot about their products and how well it works. But will it work on my rebellious hair?
