It is summer here in AZ. Which means the weather is HOT! To beat the heat my kids are taking swimming lessons at the local pool. As a cloth diapering mom, I can't imagine buying disposable swim diapers. Especially since I'd be using them on a daily basis. I can't afford that, and I also don't want to create all that waste. I've worked with RockNLearn two times over the past several months and I love them.  My daughter has several of the DVDs including Colors, Shapes, and Counting and Letter Sounds . The company has excellent customer service and a variety of educational products to choose from. My daughter loves to watch the DVDs and is excited when a new one comes in the mail. So I was thrilled when I heard that they have now come out with ibooks for the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. My daughter has basically decided that my iPad is hers. So I like to load it with educational games and books for her to use. She was able to review the States & Capitals ibook. My daughter is just starting Kindergarten in the Fall and the book is designed for students in grades 4-12. So needless to say it is above my daughters level. However that didn't stop her from enjoying the book. Fun songs to help you learn

I've been cloth diapering for awhile now. So of course I know that you can't use dryer sheets with cloth diapers. I've also come to wonder how effective dryer sheets. My son is just starting the potty training process. So that means time to ditch the diaper and find a training pant for him to use. I found Cheeky Cloth on Etsy. I was fortunate to be able to try the Joe print pair.

Well Disney and Pixar you did it again! You made a great, funny, family friendly movie that not only will kids love but adults too. I've found an awesome cloth diaper shop that is local to where I live in AZ. They are local but still quite a drive away so I haven't been into the actual store. The store is Go Go Natural which is in Chandler AZ I'm in the Phoenix area, so maybe 30 min- hour drive away. While I haven't been into the store, I have met the shop owner Meredith a couple times at the Great Cloth Diaper Change event. In fact, last year I won a DinkleDooz diaper at the event. So now I have 2 DinkleDooz diapers.  The red one I received over a year ago at the Great Cloth Diaper Change in 2011. Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted looks like a cute family film. It hits theaters starting June 8, 2012.  You can see all your favorite castaways; Alex, Marty, Melman and Gloria! Madagascar 3 finds Alex, Marty, Gloria and Melman in Europe where they encounter a traveling circus.

Its al ways nice to find products that are organic, and even more so when it comes to skin care. I can't tell you how many face washes I have had problems with because they have so much chemicals in them. All it does is make my face burn and break out more! Lets face it with this pregnancy, I look like I am back in high school. My face has broken out all over the place. But it is getting better after about a week of using Annmarie Gianni Skin Care.  I got a ton of little samples from them so I split them with April so she will be doing a review for you on the stuff she took home. I am going to be talking more about the Coconut Honey Mask, Coconut Body Oil,  Dead Sea Facial Scrub and  Herbal Facial Oil. 

Man do I feel tired. I have not really done any type of workout in weeks. As some of you might remember I had, well still am kinda having bad morning sickness. So when you feel nasty you don't really feel like working out. The last few weeks I have been trying to at least get out and walk but today I really felt like doing some yoga. Awhile back I got this great Prenatal Vinyasa yoga and short forms DVD , but again with me being sick there was no way I wanted to try it out yet. So today I'm feeling much better and decided to try it out. First thing I saw that I loved about this DVD is that they have short 15, 30, 45 and 75 minute lessons. Great way to help you slowly get back into shape. You should never just pick up a yoga DVD and try to push yourself to finish the whole thing your fist time. So this DVD is great for people who are new, or what not worked out in awhile.

Once again I'm pleased to be working with  Precious Bottoms. I must say that I've been really pleased with this shop and really enjoy working with them. As a cloth diapering mom, I need to find a detergent that is safe for my cloth diapers. Something that works well. I was sent a sample size of Rockin' Green Detergent.

I love breakfast. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. Some of my favorite things to have for dinner includes: Pancakes and eggs or a breakfast burrito. My family also enjoys breakfast. On Memorial Day weekend the family (Husband, 2 kids and I) went into Coco's Bakery for a nice breakfast. Cinnamon Roll French Toast Mega Breakfast

Now is the time of year when school let's out for the Summer. Time for swimming, movies, camping, sleepovers, and playing with friends. However, this is also a time of year when student's lose skills they have already learned. As a former teacher, I know that the first several weeks of the school year involve reteaching information that should have been learned the previous school year.

As a cloth diapering mom, I'm always on the look out for items that will help with diaper changes. I found a cute etsy shop called generationMe . I've heard many wonderful things about this shop, and was pleased when I had an opportunity to try them out. The shop sells many items including cloth wipes, doublers, wet bags, and laundry detergent. Also offered are reusable napkins, resusable paper towels, mop and sweeper reusable pads, produce bags, snack and sandwich bags and dishwasher detergent.  I love the variety of items being sold.
